The Contract
Employment contract:
This is an employmentl contract between Madame Louise Valois (lavalois resident), hereafter called 'Mme Valois', and Sulaika (laviede.beaumont), hereafter called 'employee'.
Terms are:
Employee owes Mme Valois a debt of L$ 40.000. Since employee is unable to repay debt, she will enter the service of Mme Valois as a Maid. Both parties agree that employee will work in the service of Mme Valois for the period of one year, starting at signing date of this contract. The contract follows a number of terms detailed in the section below.
1.) Employee will work for Mme Valois as a maid, performing tasks asked of her, including, but not limited to: Cleaning the house, doing the laundry, cooking the food etc. Sometimes other tasks may be asked of her, in which Mme Valois will have the final word in whether they fall within this contract or not.
2.) During the duration of the contract, employee will answer to the name of Fifi. This will be her full legal name for the duration of the contract.
3.) During this contract, employee will be assigned personal living quarters. Employee will be free to furnish living quarters, but only with items fitting to her status. If Mme Valois deems any item in the living quarters unsuitable, she has the power to return the item.
4.) During this contract employee will repay L$750 per week to the debt. For this purpose a Debtbox will be placed in Employee's quarters. Failure to do so, will result in immediate termination of the contract and permanent ownership of employee given to Mme Valois
5.) During this contract employee will follow the following rules of conduct.:
6.) During the contract, employee is obligated to reserve a pick dedicated to their employer and the text should at least include the link to the blog dedicted to their fall: https://fallofbeaumonde.blogspot.com/
7.) Breach of the contract will result in immediate termination of the contract and permanent ownership of employee given to Mme Valois
8.) Mme Valois will keep a blog of the downfall of employee. Employee will not influence, or attempt to influence the contents of this blog. A link to the blog must be provided in the profile of employee. Failing to do any of these, will result in immediate termination of the contract and permanent ownership of employee given to Mme Valois
9.) Employee will dress as instructed by Mme Valois. Main uniform will be a maid's costume of Mme Valois' choosing. Determination of hairstyle, footwear and accessories is also up to Mme Valois.
10.) Part of the uniform will be a set of RealRestraint Elegance Collar and Cuffs, provided by Mme Valois. At the end of the contract this set is to be returned to Mme Valois, completely.
11.) Small infractions that are not big enough to cause breach of contract are to be punished as Mme Valois sees fit. Possible punishments include, but are not limited to: public or private face slapping, public or private flogging, denial of food, denial of hygiene, etc.
12.) Disobedience, not addressing Mme Valois properly, backasking, misspelling Mme Valois's name, or any misbehaviour will be met by a one day extension of this contract, for each count of offense, in addition to punishment as mentioned in article 11.
13.) The contract will have a one month notice period at the end of the contract. If Mme Valois has not received notice one month prior to the end of the contract, the contract will be extended for another year, to the same terms.

- When entering or leaving the room, or when getting an order a proper curtsy must be performed. When Greeting Madame Valois a Court Curtsy must be performed. When greeting orther servants and slaves, a British Lady curtsy will be performed. Instructions for each curtsy are included in the appendices at the bottom of this contract.
- Employee will not speak unless spoken to. If speaking is necessary, permission to speak will be asked prior.
- Employee will not invite people onto the Estate without Mme Valois's explicit permission.
- Employee will not leave the house without Mme Valois'permission
- When employee is expected to stand at attention, she is not allowed to perform IM conversations with others.
